Internship policy

The Bouygues group has a dynamic internship policy. The types of internship are highly varied as are the profiles required, reflecting the diversity of the Group’s businesses. Bouygues recruits most of its young graduates through internships.

Internships last for between three and six months on average or may also be part of a work/study contract. Interns are paid in accordance with their level of qualification.

The qualities sought after and appreciated by the Group include commitment, involvement, motivation, and the ability to listen. Bouygues is keen to support its interns and to bring them an opportunity to discover the full wealth of its activities and strong corporate culture.

In 2009, the Group welcomed more than 4,800 interns overall. This number was expected to total 5,000 in 2010.
