Accounts Committee

Created in 1995, this Committee reviews the quarterly, half-year and annual accounts before they are put to the Board, ensures that the accounting methods used to draw up the accounts are both relevant and consistent, and verifies the internal reporting procedures that provide the information on which the accounts are based.

Remuneration Committee

Created in 1996, the Remuneration Committee makes recommendations each year to the Board on the calculation method and amount of remuneration of corporate officers.

Selection Committee

Created in July 1997, the Selection Committee issues an opinion each year to the Board on any appointment or renewal of a Director or Chief Executive Officer.

The Ethics and Sponsorship Committee, created in March 2001, monitors compliance with the Group's values and rules of good conduct and issues opinions on corporate sponsorship projects.
